Where is it located?
The Indio Performing Arts Center is located adjacent to Hwy 111 and Indio Blvd at Jackson Street.

How can I purchase tickets?

How can I contact the IPAC?
The switchboard can be reached at 760.775.5200 from 10am-4pm Mon-Fri. Automated instructions assist you after hours and on weekends. Email the IPAC Webmaster by clicking here then select webmaster from the dropdown.

What are your curtain times?
Mon-Sat 6:30pm. Sunday matinee 1:30pm. Holiday curtain times may differ. Please check your tickets.

Do I have to dress up to see a play?
At any given performance you’re likely to see everything from jeans to tuxedos. The best rule of thumb: business attire (unless a dress code is specified for a particular event).

Can I bring young children to the theatre?
We welcome children six years of age and older to our theatres. No babes in arms can be admitted to the theatres. With questions about age-appropriateness of a particular play, please call the Box Office at 760.775.5200 for guidelines.

Can I take pictures in the theatre?
Actor’s Equity Union rules strictly prohibit the taking of photographs or videos or using recording devices in the theatre. Their use may result in having them confiscated and the film/video destroyed.

The use of cell phones is strictly prohibited.
Out of consideration for the actors and audience members, please make sure your cell phone is turned off before you enter the theatre.

Do you have any smoking shows?
All shows are non-smoking.

Do I get assigned seats, or do I just grab some seats when I get there?
We only offer assigned seats, at the time you purchase the tickets you can pick out which available seats you would like.

How can I be reached when I’m at the theatre?
Parents and doctors may leave these numbers in case of an emergency. Be sure your caregiver knows the name of the production you are seeing, what theatre you are in and the exact location of your seats. House management staff will then be able to locate you in case of emergency.

Are the theatres accessible?
All Indio Performing Arts Center Theatres are accessible. If you require wheelchair seating be sure to indicate so at the time you purchase your tickets. Companion seating and availability vary by venue. Assistance is available upon arrival at the theatre. There is parking for persons with disabilities at the Indio Performing Arts Center. Please check with the Box Office for information on these performances.
